How do I book a charter?

You can book by calling/texting 941-883-1360. Just let us know your date, time, and charter type.

A 20% deposit is required to lock in your spot, and the remaining balance is due the day of your trip.

What happens if I need to cancel?

Plans change, we get it.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your charter, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward another day.
If you cancel within 48 hours, we’ll do our best to rebook the slot. If we can, we’ll refund or credit you. If not, the deposit may be forfeited.

What if the weather is bad?

Your safety comes first.
If the Captain determines that conditions aren’t safe, we’ll reschedule or offer a refund/credit.

Light rain or clouds won’t cancel a charter, but high winds, lightning, or rough seas might.

Can I reschedule my trip?

Yes — just let us know early. If the new date is available, we’re happy to move your booking at no extra charge.

Last-minute changes may be harder to accommodate.

How many people can come on board?

Our boat seats up to 11, but per U.S. Coast Guard regulations,

charters are limited to 6 paying passengers max (not including the captain/crew). This includes all ages.

Do I need to sign anything before boarding?

Yes. All guests must sign a simple liability waiver before the trip.

Anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian present to sign for them.

Is alcohol allowed on board?

Yes — feel free to bring drinks if everyone is of legal age.

Just keep it responsible. The Captain has the right to end a trip early if behavior becomes unsafe.

What if I’m running late?

Let us know as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to accommodate,

but lost time may cut into your charter depending on the schedule for that day.

What should I bring?

Sunscreen, towels, water, sunglasses, and your favorite playlist (Bluetooth available).

If you’re planning to surf, we’ll provide boards and gear unless you’d like to bring your own.

Do you offer lessons?

Yes! Professional instruction is included in every surf charter

whether it’s your first time or you’re looking to level up. We’ll tailor the session to your experience.

Is the boat kid-friendly?

Definitely. Kids love being out on the water whether they’re cruising, surfing, or spotting dolphins.

Just remember life jackets are required for all children under 6.

Will I get seasick?

Most of our charters stay in calm nearshore waters.

If you’re prone to motion sickness, consider taking something beforehand just in case.

How will I know if my booking is confirmed?

You’ll get an email confirmation after payment. We’ll also send you reminders and info leading up to your trip.

What if I damage equipment or act unsafely?

Accidents happen, but we ask all guests to respect the boat and gear.

Any willful damage or unsafe behavior may result in trip cancellation without refund — and possible charges for replacement or repair.

Is my info safe with you?

Absolutely. We’ll only use your contact info to confirm bookings, send updates, or share the occasional exclusive offer.
